International conference on education to commence today
To deliberate on the issue of imparting quality education to all, Haryana Board of School Education and the Council of Boards of School Education in India is jointly organizing an international conference in the state from January 23-25. The three-day conference on Quality Education for All: International Concerns would see over 100 educationists from India and abroad taking part in it.
According to Prof D.V. Sharma, General Secretary of the COBSE,replica PRADA, the conference would deliberate on seven sub-themes including trends in evaluation, issues in the curriculum and vocational education.
Haryana Education Minister, Mr. Phool Chand Mullana will inaugurate the conference while the Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, will preside over the valedictory session, to take place on January 25.
